Entre Commercial Realty Finalizes Illinois Industrial Deal

Entre Commercial Realty recently completed a new truck maintenance and trailer parking build-to-suit transaction in Pingree Grove, Illinois.

The new construction facility will be Freight Union Inc.’s new corporate headquarters. The development will include a 61,858-square-foot maintenance facility with 30 repair bays, two docks, and 238 trailer positions.

Entre was able to procure the development by assembling 11 acres in four separate transactions and obtaining use approval for transportation, truck maintenance, and trailer parking. This marks the second build-to-suit project the team of Cory Kay and Mike DeSerto has completed for Freight Union, Inc. who built their first facility in Hampshire, Illinois, in 2023. Cory Kay and Mike DeSerto from Entre Commercial Realty represented the purchaser in this transaction.
