Entre Commercial Realty closed a transaction for a 42,780-square-foot facility at 2375 Estes Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The rare, freestanding industrial property consisted of three docks, two drive-in doors, heavy power, 22’ clear height, and ample car parking.

Cory Kay, Mike DeSerto, and Elisabeth Lazzara of Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller, and Entre’s Kevin Kaplan represented the buyer in this transaction.

The building was purchased by Excel Restoration, which will make this its headquarters. The facility will help them continue to grow and accommodate their employees and customers in the Northern IL area. The purchaser was drawn to this facility, given its rare freestanding nature, located in the heart of the O’Hare submarket.
