Entre Commercial Realty Facilitates Sale of 35K-SF Building in Franklin Park

Entre Commercial Realty announced that Chris Wilbur and Jeffrey Locascio, SIOR of Entre Commercial Realty, have completed the sale of 10100 Pacific Ave. in Franklin Park, Illinois.

Chris Wilbur and Jeffrey Locascio, SIOR with Entre Commercial Realty, represented the seller in this transaction, and Edward Pohn with Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer.

The prominent 35,000-square-foot property, strategically located just minutes from I-294 and in close proximity to O’Hare Airport, attracted significant interest due to its prime location. The seller, Climate Solutions Window & Doors, has expanded and relocated to a larger facility within Franklin Park to accommodate ongoing growth.
