Entre Commercial Realty Facilitates Sale of 142K-SF Facility on 20 Acres in Plainfield

Entre Commercial Realty announced the sale of a 142,370-square-foot industrial facility located at 24210 W 143rd Street in Plainfield, Illinois.

Mike DeSerto, Cory Kay, and Elisabeth Lazzara of Entre Commercial Realty represented the buyer, while Colliers represented the seller in the transaction. Situated on approximately 20 acres, the freestanding industrial facility features 19 loading docks, two drive-in doors, approximately 11,000 square feet of office space, heavy power, and eight private rail spurs.

The property’s expansive site and extensive transportation infrastructure provide an ideal platform for a growing logistics operation. The facility was acquired by a local transportation company that will use it as its new corporate headquarters.

The purchaser was drawn to the property for its strategic location and expansive land area, which provides significant outdoor storage and trailer parking capabilities. The combination of a large industrial facility, substantial land, rail access, and proximity to major transportation routes made the property a unique opportunity for the buyer.
