Entre Commercial Realty Completes Sale of IOS Facility in Spring Grove

Entre Commercial Realty recently completed the sale of a 20,500-square-foot outside storage facility at 2500 Westward Drive in Spring Grove, Illinois.

Sam Deihs and John M. Joyce of Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller, and Adam Fortino of Keller Williams Commercial represented the purchaser.

The property features two buildings with eight drive-in doors and a fenced yard on 1.92 acres, making it a desirable asset for industrial users seeking outside storage service capability. Entre was able to capitalize on the strong demand for IOS assets, securing multiple offers and selling the property to a local material-handling company in need of outdoor storage.
