Entre Commercial Realty Completes Sale of 10-Acre Crystal Lake Site

Entre Commercial Realty has sold a 10-acre site for high-quality manufactured homes at 4202 Three Oaks Drive in Cary, Illinois.

Brian Bocci, SIOR of Entre Commercial Realty, represented the buyer. This property had to be annexed into the Village of Crystal Lake and rezoned from office to high-density residential.

The vacant lot last sold in 2022 for $660,000. This project is an expansion of the existing adjacent site and will support the growing need for affordable housing and was unanimously approved.
