Entre Commercial Realty Completes Off-Market Industrial Sale

Entre Commercial Realty has sold a 22,000-square-foot building and an additional 12,000-square-foot storage building on 2.59 acres at 300 Townline Road in Mundelein, Illinois.

Brian Bocci of Entre Commercial Realty was the sole broker in this transaction. The buyer was searching for an existing building in the area to expand in, and Brian Bocci of Entre was aware of an off-market opportunity that would fit the buyer’s requirements.

The building is located at the intersection of Townline Rd. & Route 83. The property features 18’ ceilings, great exposure, clear-span warehouse space, and is situated on a larger lot. Situated 25 minutes from Chicago O’Hare International Airport, the property features 38 parking spaces. It is in close proximity to public transportation via the Vernon Hills and Mundelein Metra Stations.
