Entre Commercial Realty Completes Lease of 7K-SF Building

Entre Commercial Realty has leased a 6,500 square foot building on 0.90 acres at 3675 Blackhawk Drive in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.

The recently renovated property consists of a maintenance-warehouse with large drive-in doors with drive-thru capability and over half an acre of fenced outdoor storage. The property is conveniently located with immediate access to IL-53.

Brad Bullington and Ian Pattison of Entre Commercial represented the landlord. Sam Deihs and John Joyce of Entre Commercial represented the tenant.
