Entre Commercial Realty Completes Industrial Site Sale in West Chicago

Entre Commercial Realty has sold a 4-acre industrial site in West Chicago, Illinois.

Entre was able to assist a local trailer repair client in getting the site zoned properly for a 20,000-square-foot trailer repair facility with room to park up to 40 trailers on site. This project took several months to complete, and Entre will help the client design and build the facility from the ground up. Brad Bullington of Entre represented the buyer.

Entre also recently arranged the sale of 40 Lively Boulevard, a well-located industrial property in the heart of Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Bullington also represented the seller in this transaction, marking the second time he has facilitated a sale of this property. The building, totaling approximately 6,466 square feet, features one drive-in door and is situated within the highly desirable Elk Grove Business Park. 40 Lively offers convenient access to O’Hare International Airport, major expressways including I-90 and I-290, and a strong labor pool.
