Entre Commercial Realty Completes East Dundee Lease

Entre Commercial Realty announced the lease of its final 10,000-square-foot unit at 175 Prairie Lake Road in East Dundee, Illinois, achieving 100% occupancy for the facility.

Elisabeth Lazzara, Mike DeSerto, and Cory Kay of Entre Commercial Realty were the sole brokers in this transaction.

The recently leased space features one dock, one drive-in door, and a high-end office buildout. The Class A industrial unit will serve as the new headquarters for Powerhouse Sales, a distributor of detergents, single-dose pods, and other household cleaning products.

Entre Commercial Realty capitalized on the high demand and limited availability of quality products in the surrounding market while swiftly securing a long-term tenant and further solidifying the area’s status as an industrial hub.
