Entre Commercial Realty Completes Dual Industrial Transaction

Entre Commercial Realty has completed a dual transaction, executed by Ian Pattison of Entre, on behalf of a freight-forwarding and logistics client. The transactions resulted in both a cost-saving relocation and long-term equity gain for the client.

The freight-forwarding and logistics company sought to relocate operations closer to major highways and airports. Pattison spearheaded the effort by identifying and facilitating the acquisition of an approximately 5,434-square-foot industrial condominium at 18 Congress Circle in Roselle, Illinois.

He also backfilled the client’s original space, a 6,980-square-foot warehouse located at 952 Donata Court in Lake Zurich, which was essential to make the acquisition possible. The strategic move delivered measurable cost savings, increased operational efficiency, and positioned the client for long-term financial growth through property ownership. CBRE and Marcus & Millichap helped broker the transactions.
