Entre Commercial Realty Completes 56K-SF Sale in Elk Grove Village

Entre Commercial Realty‘s team of Brad Bullington & Ian Pattison assisted a customer on their third acquisition within the heart of the O’Hare industrial market.

The well-established machine shop had some unique requirements that ruled out several other opportunities in the market. Entre was able to identify and successfully negotiate a deal at 144-160 N. Lively in Elk Grove Village, which presented an exceptional facility solution in a competitive market. This unique property was highly sought after for its I-90 frontage, outdoor storage, and future parking lot replacement.

Entre’s Brad Bullington and Ian Pattison represented the buyer in this transaction, while Matthews Real Estate represented the seller. Based in suburban Chicago, Entre provides a wide range of real estate services, including brokerage, property management, and construction, throughout the metro-Chicago area and nationally through its affiliates.
