Entre Commercial Realty Completes 48K-SF Industrial Lease in Mundelein

Entre Commercial Realty brokered the lease of a 48,005-square-foot industrial facility at 933 Tower Road in Mundelein, Illinois.

Brian Bocci, SIOR of Entre Commercial Realty, represented the tenant in this transaction. Dan Prendergast, Vice President and Marc Hale, Associate of DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International, represented the private investment group Portokali Investments. The tenant was working on a short deadline, and the lease agreement was completed in less than 30 days.

Brian Bocci of Entre was engaged by the tenant to identify a 40,000 to 60,000-square-foot facility capable of supporting specialized operational requirements, including heavy power, ESFR sprinkler systems, and clear heights exceeding 20 feet to accommodate crane installation. After a targeted search, Entre successfully secured a building that met and exceeded these specifications.

The 48,005-square-foot headquarters facility features 24-foot clear ceiling heights, 3,000 amps of power, ESFR sprinklers, three dock doors, and two drive-in doors, offering the tenant a highly functional and scalable solution.
