Entre Commercial Realty Completes 18K-SF Property Sale in IL

Entre Commercial Realty is pleased to announce it has successfully sold an industrial, multi-tenant building at 725 N. Central Avenue in Wood Dale, Illinois.

The 18,190-square-foot building sits on 0.87 acres and comes equipped with five drive-in doors, 15’ clear ceiling, and adequate parking. The property was sold to an investor who plans to make improvements to attract more tenants.

Brad Bullington of Entre Commercial represented the buyer. Bryan Sonn of GC Realty represented the seller in the transaction.
