The property features 15-foot clear ceilings, 2,500 square feet of office space, parking for 30 cars, two loading docks, and two drive-in doors, located at 2120 Foster Avenue in Wheeling. In April, Brian Bocci, SIOR, of Entre Commercial, represented the buyer in acquiring the building, advising on deal structure and ultimately securing the property amid multiple competing offers.

In just two months, the property was back under contract, delivering a strong return for the seller. The deal has now successfully closed, with Brian Bocci once again representing his client—this time on the sell side.
