Entre Commercial Realty Closes 20K-SF Facility Deal in Illinois

Entre Commercial Realty announced the successful transaction of a 20,000-square-foot facility at 8100 River Dr. in Morton Grove, Illinois.

On behalf of an owner-user seeking to purchase a suitable facility ahead of its impending lease expiration, Ian Pattison of Entre Commercial Realty identified an ideal building to meet the buyer’s operational needs in the northern suburban territory.

Entre negotiated favorable terms in a competitive market at a property that will facilitate growth and stability in one of Chicago’s premier regions, providing long-term security for the organization. The seller team was led by Brendan Green from Colliers.

The property includes a 3,125-square-foot office and showroom, 18′ clear, two interior docks, 25 car parking, and the building benefits from high visibility on Oakton Street. The facility is in close proximity to I-94 and the Metra MD-N train station.
