Entre Commercial Realty Arranges 19K-SF Illinois Industrial Deal

Entre Commercial Realty announced the sale of a 19,000-square-foot industrial building situated on 1.56 acres at 3500 Grand Avenue in Gurnee, Illinois.

Brian Bocci, SIOR of Entre Commercial, represented the seller in the transaction. The property features 15-foot clear ceiling heights, approximately 9,000 square feet of showroom space, expansion land, one exterior dock, and one drive-in door.

3500 Grand Avenue offers the potential for an expansion room or outdoor storage, and the property features newer HVAC and recent parking lot improvements. The building is situated on a 1.56-acre lot and is located close to the Interchange for Route 41. The property is surrounded by restaurants, retail, and industrial options.
