Entre Commercial Realty has completed the sale of a 50,427-square-foot industrial building on 2.13 acres at 150 Chicago St. in Cary, Illinois.

Kevin Kaplan, CCIM, represented the seller, and Christie Gabriel from Keller Williams Inspire represented the purchaser. The property can be divided into multiple units, and the purchaser can use most of the building for business and lease the rest to two other tenants. This allowed him to expand his business from his previous location and have room to grow into the rest of the building over time.

The building consists of an original, masonry-built portion that is 31,134 square feet, which includes two docks, office areas, break rooms, bathrooms, a training room, and a cleaning room. The masonry portion has a newer roof and was renovated in 2019. The steel portion is 19,293 square feet with large drive-in doors.
