Entre Commercial Completes Sale of 112K SF Illinois Building
Entre Commercial Realty has completed the sale of a 111,594-square-foot industrial building at 933 Remington Road in Schaumburg, Illinois. Phil Reiff of JLL represented NBS, and Dan Benassi, SIOR, Dan Jones, SIOR, and Sam Deihs of Entre represented the seller in the transaction.
Entre represented the seller, a private investor, who wanted to sell the property before a pending lease expiration in 2024. Entre identified a gap in the market for comparable size and type of properties and created a competitive bidding environment with multiple offers. The sale closed before the lease expiration, providing a closing with no vacancy or carry costs for the seller.
NBS Corporation acquired the property and plans to relocate from its current facility in Elk Grove Village, which it has outgrown. The property features modern office finishes and heavy power. The building is located in the Woodfield Business Center with proximity to numerous restaurants, retailers and hotels.
