Entre Commercial Realty has brokered the lease of a 30,000-square-foot unit within the 60,000-square foot distribution facility at 1700 S. Butterfield Rd. in Mundelein, IL. The tenant, Ancient Graffiti Inc., develops individually hand-crafted garden and home décor.

Ancient Graffiti will be relocating from its current facility in Lake Zurich, IL. The new space includes two interior docks, 20’ clear ceilings and 2,641 square feet of office space.

Brian Bocci of Entre represented the tenant in this transaction. CBRE worked on behalf of the landlord.
