Entre Arranges Focal Point’s Expansion Lease

Entre Commercial Realty represented Focal Point LLC in a 60,000-square-foot, full-building industrial lease at 4400 W. 45th St. in the Southwest Side’s Brighton Park neighborhood. The tenant manufactures architectural lighting products in the U.S.

The brokers for landlord Talos Capital were Colin Green and Larry Goldwasser of Cushman & Wakefield.
