Martinez Produce & Seafood has acquired an Elgin, IL warehouse to expand its Chicago-area operations

Entre Arranges Expansion Warehouse for Seafood & Produce Purveyor

Entre Commercial Realty assisted its client, Martinez Produce & Seafood, in the purchase of a new expansion facility in Elgin, IL. The firm’s Cory Kay and Mike DeSerto represented Martinez Produce & Seafood, and Lee & Associates represented the seller.

The 67,552-square-foot building features 26’ ceilings, six truck docks, two drive-in doors, heavy power, and a fully air-conditioned warehouse. Entre identified an off-market opportunity that will allow Martinez Produce & Seafood to more than double its Chicagoland footprint while maintaining convenient highway access along the I-90 corridor.

Headquartered in Chicago, Martinez Produce & Seafood has a combined 70-plus years of experience and is one of the leading seafood and produce companies in the nation.
