Entrada Partners struck a deal with Klabzuba Properties III Ltd. in Fort Worth to obtain ownership rights of One Alamo Center, a 165,500-square-foot office building in downtown San Antonio. The property at 106 S. St. Mary’s St. is one block from the Riverwalk, and is leased to civic and legal tenants.

Jamie Jennings, James Mantzuranis and Andrew Rabinovich with Stream Realty Partners represented the seller in negotiations. The team was assisted by Ryan Harrison, Garrett Carlson and Kenneth Hartmann, also with Stream. The eight-story office building opened in the early 1980s.

“One Alamo Center represents a fantastic opportunity to turn an already strong asset into one of the most desirable offices in Downtown San Antonio,” said Reuben Berman with Los Angeles-based Entrada Partners.
