Entrada Partners Snags 484K-SF Industrial Portfolio
Entrada Partners added a 10-building industrial collection in northwest San Antonio to its portfolio. The Los Angeles buyer struck a deal with CWCapital Asset Management LLC for the properties. The seller acquired the portfolio for $20.6 million at a foreclosure sale in June 2018.
Glenn Villareal of Henry S. Miller Cos. represented the special servicer seller in its portfolio disposition to Entrada Partners.
The four assets acquired are
- The 145,394-square-foot 7402-7648 Reindeer Trail
- The 251,125-square-foot 5405 Bandera Rd.
- The 59,863-square-foot 1700 Grandstand Dr.
- The 27,987-square-foot 7042 Alamo Downs Pkwy.
In August 2018, Entrada Partners acquired the 165,500-square-foot One Alamo Center, an office building in downtown San Antonio. The company also owns additional industrial and multifamily assets, according to its website.
