Entertainment Firm Signs on at Boutique Vornado Offices

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 10-year, 16,113-square-foot lease for entertainment company Anonymous Content at Vornado Realty Trust’s 155 Spring St. Anonymous Content will occupy the entire second and third floors of the building.

Cushman & Wakefield director David Mainthow represented the tenant in the transaction.

“155 Spring Street is a premier location for creative, expanding businesses,” said Mainthow. “This expansion will accommodate the tenant’s continued growth and enable them to attract and retain top talent.”

Founded in 1999 by CEO Steve Golin, Anonymous Content is a production and management company that manages directors, writers, actors and comedians. It’s headquartered in Culver City, CA.

Vornado’s 155 Spring is a 49,000-square-foot boutique office building in SoHo. Tenants include The Bar Method, DJULA, APM Monaco and Luana.
