Entertainment Ad Agency Leaves Hollywood for Park Mile

Entertainment advertising agency Concept Arts, signed a roughly 31,500-square-foot lease at Jamison’s historic Harbor Building in Los Angeles. The firm, which has created campaigns for such films as La La Land, Straight Out of Compton, Fences, Moonlight, Dunkirk, Blade Runner 2049 and Wonder Woman, will relocate its HQ in Q1 2018 from an historic Hollywood building it has owned and occupied since 1989.

Concept Arts was represented by Cresa’s Marc Bretter. First Property Realty Corporation’s Ben Silver and Jeffrey Resnick advised the landlord.

The growing roster entertainment companies to office at the Harbor Building also includes Entertainment One.

Located at 4201 Wilshire Boulevard in the Park Mile submarket of Los Angeles, the six-story, 258,000-square-foot Harbor Building is currently undergoing a significant capital improvement program. Upgrades include a new building and elevator lobbies, corridors, restrooms, creative office spec suites and automated parking systems.
