Enterprise CEO Almodovar Stepping Down to Lead Fannie Mae
Priscilla Almodovar will step down as president and CEO of Enterprise Community Partners and become CEO of Fannie Mae, effective Dec. 5. Enterprise will begin a nationwide search for its next CEO in the coming weeks.
In the interim, Enterprise’s board has elevated the president of Enterprise’s capital division, Lori Chatman, and COO Drew Warshaw to interim co-CEOs as the organization begins the search for its next leader.
Almodovar had served as the national nonprofit’s president and CEO since 2019. Prior to joining Enterprise, she had worked for nearly a decade at JPMorgan Chase and led two of its national real estate businesses.
At Fannie Mae, board chairman Michael J. Heid said, “Priscilla’s vast experience in large, complex businesses and her commitment to affordable housing makes her an ideal choice to further Fannie Mae’s mission to facilitate equitable and sustainable access to homeownership and quality affordable rental housing across America.”
