Entercom Miami Inks 23K-SF Deal at The Citadel

Entercom Communications Corp., the fourth-largest radio broadcasting company in the United States, struck a deal with Urban Atlantic Group LLC and Conway Commercial Real Estate to take down 22,500 of an under-construction property known as The Citadel. The 62,000-square-foot, mixed-use Citadel, at 8300 N.E. 2nd Ave., is in Miami, FL’s Little River submarket.

Donna Abood, Joe Abood and Michael T. Fay with Avison Young’s Miami office, represented the tenant in its relocation and expansion from 15,000 square feet in Miami Gardens. Thomas Conway, with Conway Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord.

The Citadel’s second floor will be build-to-suit for Entercom Miami, and will consist of the company’s offices, studios, meeting rooms and a performance space. The tenant anticipates taking occupancy in fall.
