ENT and Allergy Associates Expands at Simone’s Hutch Metro

ENT and Allergy Associates LLP, the nation’s largest full-service otolaryngology and allergy practice and a longtime tenant of Simone Development’s Hutchinson Metro Center, has expanded its space at this Bronx office park. ENTA now occupies 11,935 on two floors at the complex.

“As one of our original tenants at the Hutch Metro Center, Simone Development is proud to have played a part in the growth of ENT Allergy and Associates over the past two decades,” said Simone Development’s James MacDonald. “Our long-term relationships with leading healthcare service providers such as ENTA have played an important role in the growth of our own company, and we look forward to continuing these mutually beneficial relationships for years to come.”

ENTA recently opened an 8,100-square-foot office at another Simone property, Boyce Thompson Center in Yonkers, NY. Several ENTA locations are slated to open in Central New Jersey in 2019.

Connect Healthcare is slated for October 29 and 30 at The Resort at Pelican Hill. Follow this link for more information and to register for the conference.
