Ensign Group Acquires Senior Housing Assets
The Ensign Group, through its Bridgestone Living LLC company, acquired operations of four assisted- and independent-living properties in Texas from Arbor House, subject to a long-term lease. The acquisition is Ensign’s third in the area in 2018. The California investor acquired real estate and operations of Grace Presbyterian Village in Dallas earlier this year.
The operations portfolio of the most current buy consisted of
- The 52-unit Canyon Creek Memory Care, Temple, a memory care facility
- The 52-unit Bridgewater Memory Care, Granbury, a memory care facility
- The 76-unit Lakeshore Assisted Living and Memory Care, Rockwall, an assisted-living and memory care facility
- The 59-unit Windsor Court Senior Living, Weatherford, an independent- and assisted-living facility with memory care units
“We continue to see many opportunities for growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, and are confident these four communities will be great additions to our existing operations there,” said Ensign’s Christopher Christensen.
