Enoch Lawrence Joins C&W

Finance expert Enoch Lawrence has joined Cushman & Wakefield as director in the equity, debt & structured finance platform in New York City.

“With his depth of experience in both the middle-market and institutional capital markets space, Enoch is a perfect fit for our platform,” said Garrett Thelander, executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield.

Lawrence joins Cushman & Wakefield from his position at CCP Global Investors. Prior to that, he was a senior vice president in the Debt & Equity Finance practice for CBRE Capital Markets, and also worked at Sandler O’Neill & Partners.
