EnLink Opens 56K-SF Regional Office in Midland, TX
EnLink Midstream Partners has opened its new office in Midland, TX, taking down 56,000 square feet at the Bank of America Tower. The Dallas-headquartered company occupies two floors in the building at 303 W. Wall St.
EnLink’s regional office expands its presence in the Permian Basin, in which its operations consist of natural gas-gathering and processing. The new offices consolidate the company’s natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil services into one location.
Despite fluctuation in energy prices, EnLink plans a capital investment of approximately $70 million-$80 million to build the Greater Chickadee crude oil gathering project in West Texas’ Uptown and Midland Counties. The project will focus on more than 150 miles of pipelines that will transport crude oil to locations in the Midland area.
