Engvest Commercial Joins Sperry Commercial

Engvest Commercial Realty LLC has become the latest CRE firm to become an affiliate of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates LLC. Envgest, founded by Daniel C. Eng, is the first Dallas-Fort Worth organization to join Rand Sperry’s newest company.

Eng and business partner Calvin Wong bring more than one million square feet of retail center listings to the platform. “The affiliation provides access to people, opportunities and training that benefit our future success and client outcomes,” Eng said. “We are experiencing a huge influx of capital into the Dallas/Fort Worth real estate market, and the timing could not be better to be a part of Sperry Commercial Global.” Engvest Commercial is in Plano, TX.

Since signing up BRC Advisors as its first affiliate in August, Sperry has launched locations in Las Vegas, Denver and Atlanta.
