Engineering Firm Signs Long-Term Lease at Indiana Office Building
Engineering firm RT Patterson has signed a long-term lease at 8585 Broadway in Merrillville, Indiana.
The porerty is an eight-story professional office building, highly visible from I-65 and widely regarded as a landmark in Northwest Indiana, will now serve as a strategic location for RT Patterson’s continued growth and operations.
The landlord of 8585 Broadway, Latitude Commerical, was represented in the transaction by Antony Miocic, Director of the Office Group at Latitude Commercial, and Brian Edgerton, Senior Vice President at NAI Hiffman.
