Engineering Firm Finds Way to Harvard-Lincoln’s Mesa Campus

EPS Group, Inc. is relocating and expanding its main office at Harvard Investments’ and Lincoln Property Company’s (LPC) Waypoint development in Mesa, AZ. The engineering consulting firm will move into 27,283 square feet at Waypoint Four, a 152,000-square-foot, Class A office building at 1130 N. Alma School Rd.

The 35-acre Waypoint campus totals four buildings and nearly one-half-million square feet of Class A office space in the Riverview mixed-use district. The shift from its current location near Baseline Road and Arizona Avenue in Mesa is planned to occur in November.

Lincoln Property Company’s John Orsak says, “EPS is a welcome addition to Waypoint and our very dynamic mix of tenants, which now ranges from technology and healthcare, to business services, construction and engineering.”

Cresa’s Ryan Orton and Rod Beach represented the tenant. The landlord was advised by Dave Carder and Scott Boardman at Cushman and Wakefield.
