Engineering Firm Commits to Lease in Schaumburg

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has represented building ownership in a lease with RTM Engineering Consultants totaling 15,452 square feet at 1933 N. Meacham Road in Schaumburg.

Building ownership, Integris Ventures, was represented by TRS Executive Vice President Joe Stevens. 1933 N. Meacham is a seven-story, 142,000-square-foot building with a four-story atrium lobby.

Building amenities include a 50-person conferencing facility, full-service delicatessen, fitness center, and underground executive parking garage. The building is centrally located in the 90 North Entertainment District and provides immediate access to Route 53 and Interstates 290 and 90, as well as the Schaumburg Convention Center and numerous restaurants and hotels.

In addition to RTM’s lease, other recent new and renewal lease transactions completed at the building include Lavelle Law for 12,620 square feet, Naylor Association Solutions for 10,361 square feet, Familia Dental for 10,594 square feet, and Armstrong Transportation for 4,841 square feet.
