Engineering Firm Comes to Engineering Societies’ Bldg.

Thor Equities leased 11,382 square feet at 25 W. 39th St. to PVE LLC. The engineering consulting firm leased the historic Midtown property’s entire 12th floor.

“Originally the Engineering Societies’ Building, 25 W. 39th Street provides the perfect setting for PVE to continue their legacy,” said Melissa Gliatta, COO of Thor Equities. “The building comes full circle with this exciting lease, and we are pleased to welcome a new generation of brilliant engineers back to this address.”

Additional tenants at 25 W. 39th  include recently signed co-working and community space The Wing, as well as Converge Direct, The Squash Center, Spark Labs, Movado, Seven for all Mankind, and Thor Equities.

Arthur Mirante, John Ryan, Dominic Perkovic and Evan Foley of Avison Young represented the landlord in the transaction, together with Adam Lavinsky of Thor Equities. Craig Berman and Cameron Silverman of Joseph P. Day Realty represented PVE.
