Engineering Firm Atwell Expands with New Office in Tacoma

Atwell, an engineering firm that provides planning, landscape architecture, and construction services, is continuing its expansion in the Pacific Northwest. The company opened a new office located at 1148 Broadway in Tacoma, Washington.

Jim Cook, Associate Director at Atwell, is leading the Tacoma team, which includes project managers, designers, engineers, and permit technicians. With this additional office, Atwell has more than 100 employees in the Pacific Northwest. Atwell has an established office in Portland, Oregon, and six offices throughout the state of Washington, with its recent acquisitions of Blueline in March and Mead Gilman & Associates earlier this month.

“We’re looking forward to developing and strengthening relationships with clients and the communities in this region,” Cook stated. “Atwell is known for delivering exceptional, customized results through the hard work of our passionate team of experts. We’re committed to bringing the same level of dedication and innovation to Tacoma.”
