Industrial Parts Depot has signed a 61-month lease for industrial real estate in Carson, California, in a deal brokered by the Klabin Company

Engine Parts Manufacturer Upsizes in Relocation to Carson

The Klabin Company/CORFAC International has finalized a 61-month lease at 1550 Charles Willard St. in Carson on behalf of Industrial Parts Depot, LLC (IPD), the new tenant of the 83,388-square-foot industrial facility. IPD is one of the largest heavy-duty engine parts manufacturers and distributors globally, and is part of the Storm Industries, Inc. family of businesses.

For IPD, the lease of 1550 Charles Willard St. represents a major expansion and relocation. The tenant is moving from a 42,000-square-foot distribution center in Torrance, a property owned by Storm Industries.

The Klabin Company’s Matt Stringfellow, SIOR, and Courtney Bell represented IPD. The landlord, Carson Companies, was represented by John Schumacher and Bret Quinlan of CBRE.
