Engel Burman Unveils Luxury Rentals for LI Seniors

Engel Burman is slated to cut the ribbon Thursday afternoon on Encore Luxury Living, located in Jericho, NY. The developer describes it as the first-ever luxury rental community for seniors on Long Island.

“Many residents will choose to live at Encore Luxury Living year-round, others will split their time between Long Island and their warm weather homes,” said Steven Krieger, principal at Engel Burman. Turnkey apartments will be available for snowbirds or those undergoing home renovations.

According to Scott Burman, principal at Engel Burman and president of EB Construction, which oversaw construction, “What truly sets Encore Luxury Living apart is our dedication to providing superior services. Encore residents will be able to enjoy gourmet meals prepared by our chefs at one of two on-site dining venues. They will be able to arrange for breakfast and either lunch or dinner in our restaurants on a daily basis.”
