Energy of Pie Town to Guide Development of 25-Story Multifamily in Nashville
Colliers has completed the $11.3-million sale of a 1.2-acre site in Nashville, TN. The seller, Plaza Middleton Investments, LLC, was represented by Vickie Saito of Colliers.
The buyer, T2 Capital Management, LLC, is planning to develop a 25-story Class A apartment building with a ground-floor retail component on the site, 621-633 Middleton Street in Nashville’s Lafayette subdistrict, i.e., “Pie Town.” The property will be three blocks from Music City Center.
T2 is working with the local architecture firm, HASTINGS Architecture, LLC, on the design of the building, which is being guided by the history of the arts in the Pie Town community.
“The energy of Pie Town, from the sounds of Third Man Records to the sites of the building murals, immediately drew us to the neighborhood,” said Tom Lowe, director of acquisitions and development for T2.
