Energy Industry Supplier Takes Space in South Houston
ProEnergy Services, an equipment provider to the energy industry, leased 47,000 square feet at 8303 McHard Rd. on Houston’s south side. JLL’s Mark Nicholas, Richard Quarles and Joe Berwick negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Schroeder Partnership Ltd. Drew Coupe and Josh Morrow with Stream Realty were the tenant reps.
ProEnergy Services is headquartered in Sedalia, MO, and operates in more than 40 countries worldwide. “This property offered the crane capacity ProEnergy Services was looking for and additional acreage for room to expand in the future,” Nicholas said. The property, situated on approximately 8.5 acres, has the expansion potential of approximately 100,000 square feet.
Built in 2006, the building offers two 30-ton, one 20-ton and seven 3-ton cranes, along with 42-foot ceiling heights, ESFR sprinkler systems and Class A office space.
