Energy Firm Invenergy Adds 85K SF to Wacker Drive HQ
Invenergy, a privately held developer, owner, and operator of sustainable energy solutions, announced the company is expanding its flagship office in Chicago’s One South Wacker.
The move will consolidate the Chicago-based team amid continued company growth. It also marks the largest office expansion in Chicago’s Loop this year. CBRE’s Bill Sheehy and Brad Serot represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by Telos Group’s Nikki Kern and J.D. Parcheta.
“As we continue to expand our operations throughout the country and across the globe, we need additional space to accommodate new members of our world class team,” said Jim Murphy, President and Corporate Business Leader at Invenergy. “The expansion of our Chicago headquarters reflects our rapid growth and our ambitious plans for Invenergy’s future. We look forward to the many ways our expanded office will support our team as we continue building innovative solutions for a clean energy future.”
