Energy Corridor Multifamily Complex Purchased by American Landmark
American Landmark Apartments has added 293 units to its growing portfolio of apartments. The company has 32,000 apartment units in six states.
The company is changing the name of the recently purchased property from H6 Apartments in Houston to “Neo at Ten”. The complex is situated near a number of healthcare businesses near the western I-10 corridor, with easy access to the Memorial Hermann Health Systems campus.
Besides medical buildings, the Neo at Ten is near numerous energy firms, such as BP America, City and Shell Oil.
Landmark’s Christine DiFilippis says the community appeals to a wide cross section of the public, “In addition to being near some of the city’s largest employers, it is also close to numerous parks for families looking to spend some time outside in the suburbs of Houston.”
