Endeavor Real Estate hired Asset Campus to manage its under-construction property, The Lyndon at Springtown. The 515-bed, 233-unit property at 200 Springtown Way in San Marcos will serve students attending Texas State University. In addition to housing units, the project will include 31,847 square feet of retail space – Hopdoddy, Tiff’s Treats, McAllister’s, Golds gym, Summer Moon Coffee Bar, The SPIT and Blaze Pizza have signed leases. Delivery is scheduled for Q1 2019.

In addition to fully-furnished units, on-site property amenities will include an outdoor fitness area, game area and study lounge, swimming pool with outdoor kitchen, lounge space and poolside cabanas, sand volleyball court and fitness center. Lyndon at Springtown will also offer a residential parking garage, and more than 925 retail parking spaces.
