Endeavor Real Estate Group is no stranger to Austin. The developer of several high-profile Austin projects, is looking at a site at Fifth and Walsh St.

Public filings show a 75 foot tall building with 204,000 square feet of space. The current site, 1.38 acres, is mostly abandoned buildings. The developers expect to spend $61 million on the venture. The filing indicated an 2022 start date. The project is not yet listed on Endeavors website.

Studio8 Architects and Lake | Flato Architects are listed as the architects, Blacksmith Collaborative is attached as landscape architect and Garza EMC is named as the engineering firm. 

In Austin, Endeavor has delivered the Domain, IBC Bank Plaza (pictured above), and The Bowie. The biggest local project being undertaken by the company now is the redevelopment of the Austin American-Statesman property.
