Endeavor JV Launches Spec Warehouse Project in Twin Cities

Edina, MN-based Endeavor Development has formed a joint venture with Calibogue Capital and started construction on Zachary Distribution Center (ZDC), a speculative industrial project in the Twin Cities suburb of Maple Grove, MN. Cushman & Wakefield executive directors Jon Yanta, Jason Meyer and Brent Masica will lead leasing and marketing efforts for the 172,224-square-foot, 32’ clear speculative distribution center.

Located at 9450 Zachary Lane N. in Maple Grove, ZDC is divisible by 50,000 square feet and will offer 17 loading docks, two drive-in doors and 52 trailer parking stalls. Additionally, it offers access to Minnesota Highway 610 and U.S. Highway 169 and Interstate 94. Endeavor started construction of the project earlier this month.

“Zachary Distribution Center will offer the type of quality construction and finish that modern tenants demand,” Yanta said. “While it’s certainly ideal for logistics and manufacturing, it also gives the end-user access to an unparalleled workforce.”
