Endeavor Closes on $210M Texas-Centric CRE Fund
Endeavor Real Estate Group, an Austin-based investment and development firm, closed a $210 million private equity fund. Fund managers say the fund will have a particular focus on Texas. The fund will also be invested in a handful of other Sun Belt towns, such as Nashville, Charlotte and Salt Lake City.
The $210 million fund is anticipated to support more than $3.0 billion in aggregate capitalization when combined with anticipated leverage and co-investment capital, subject to investment activity and market conditions.
The Fund received strong support from new and existing investors, including national insurance firms, a large Texas-based endowment and other private investors.
The Fund intends to pursue a value-add investment strategy by creating a portfolio of diverse real estate assets across various sectors, including but not limited to the acquisition or development of multi-family, retail, student housing, hospitality, industrial and mixed-use properties. The Fund anticipates making 30 to 40 investments, each sourced and executed by Endeavor.
