Endeavor Building Nearly 200K-SF Austin Offices, to Include HQ

Endeavor Real Estate Group has closed on financing and is soon to begin work on a new 198,000-square-foot office and retail building on the western edge of downtown Austin. After construction, Endeavor will call the building its new headquarters.

Dubbed 5th & Walsh, the project has been in the works since 2022. Located at 1200 W. 5th St., it will stand five stories atop 1.4 acres. Of the project’s 198,000 total square feet, 21,000 will be ground-floor restaurant and retail space, and the upper four floors will be office space. Endeavor will occupy 25,000 square feet when it makes 5th & Walsh its new headquarters. Endeavor’s current headquarters is at downtown Austin’s 500 W. 5th St.

Besides it office needs, Endeavor says 85,000 square feet of office space is already leased by undisclosed tenants.

Endeavor representatives Fernando Urrutia, Anne Swift and Colton McCasland will be handling the marketing and leasing of the office space, while the retail spaces will be overseen by Billy Osherow and Evan Deitch.
