Endeavor Real Estate Group won rezoning of a 3.2-acre site that straddles both East Sixth and Seventh streets, as well as their intersections with Chicon Street. The rules permit this project, located near a transit station, to be built up to 90 feet high.

The Austin Business Journal reports that the site currently features a small warehouse, two small commercial strip centers, a convenience store, and a 20,000-square-foot medical office building. Businesses operating at the location include Civil Goat coffee shop and Space Cowboy restaurant. 

Endeavor intends to redevelop it into a mixed-use multifamily project with 500 residential units and 5,000 square feet of commercial space.

On its website, Endeavor says it offers a range of investment services, including acquisitions, development, and fund management. The company has 30 million square feet of real estate investments, including 13,000 multifamily units.
